What To Bring To A Tennessee Football Game

Tennessee Football Game

Whether you are watching the Tennessee Volunteers or another one of the great football teams from this southern state, having the right equipment with you at the game can make the experience a lot more enjoyable. The following checklist outlines some of the essential gear that you should bring with you anytime you watch a football game:

1. A stadium chair or cushion. Sitting on stadium seats can get quite uncomfortable. Fortunately, they make portable chairs and cushions that you can bring along with you to provide extra padding and support. These chairs usually fold down so that they are easy to carry, making it convenient to bring comfortable seating with you. It is a lot easier to enjoy the game when you aren’t squirming around in your seat trying to get comfortable.

2. A bag to carry all of your belongings. Keeping everything neatly organized inside a bag is essential. Because of security issues, many stadiums have rules in place regarding the maximum size bag or backpack you can bring. Be sure to check these rules before packing for the game.

3. A digital camera. Even though most cell phones have built-in cameras, you may find it beneficial to bring a digital camera as well. Being able to zoom in closer to the action can help you catch amazing shots that you can share with your friends. Remember, however, that you may not be able to bring a professional-grade camera with removable lenses into the stadium. For the most part, however, point-and-shoot cameras are fine. Be sure to check the rules before you leave home so that you don’t have to leave your camera in the car.

4. Binoculars. Depending on how far away your seats are from the action, you may want to bring along a pair of binoculars. They can help you see the game clearly, no matter how far away you are. Best of all, most of today’s binoculars fold-down extremely small so that they are easy to carry.

This checklist should help ensure that you have everything you need the next time you go to a Tennessee football game. Cheering on your favorite team is a lot easier when you are comfortable and well prepared. Don’t forget to go through this checklist before you leave for the game so that you can be sure that you have all of the essentials packed and ready to go.
